🔒 Membership Terms & Conditions

Memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment to ensure consistency and optimal results from your treatment plan. After the initial term, memberships will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled with 30 days’ notice. The first visit includes a full assessment and treatment to establish your baseline and goals unless one has been done within the last 90 days. This session counts toward your monthly membership visits. A quarterly reassessment and treatment is provided for all members to track progress, update your care plan, and support long-term results. These sessions also count toward your monthly membership visits.
